  • L’aplec

L’apelc is an authentic gem located in the heart of the neighborhood of Carmen.  The quality of the products is the first priority for them. The bar gets busy with locals after 9:30 P.M. So we recommend you to book in advance or just to go around 8 P.M. In this place you can taste traditional Spanish as well as Valencian Tapas. Our favorite tapas is the Valencian Tomatoes, the deep fried Artichokes, Mussels from Mediterranean sea(Cloxinas).

It is located on Calle Roteros,9, Valencia. Near to Torres del Serranos.

  • El Olivo

In the historic center of Valencia, behind Plaza del Carmen you will find el Olivo, a very lively outdoor terrace ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate of the city. This authentic corner offers tapas and portions of Valencian and Andalusian cuisine and guesses what, they get their products from the Central Market. They have always fresh food but it tends to get extremely busy so you might have to wait a bit. If so just enjoy the good weather. It’s worth to wait for it. They have a good local beer called Turia and a nice selection of wine. It’s   An ideal place for lunch or early dinner.

  • Central Bar

It stands out for its location, Central bar owned by the celebrity chef Ricard Camarena is located within the Central Market of Valencia. It is not a surprise that they cook with products from the same market and that their sandwiches, tapas, and dishes are incredible quality and flavor. Our favorite dish is the Rabit. The bar is extremely busy so you might have to wait on a queue. We recommend you to go around 12 P.M. which is right after the second breakfast of the Spaniards and before their lunch. The Central Bar is located in the Central Market of Valencia in the Plaza Ciudad de Brujas s / n, Valencia.
