Will I receive a booking confirmation?
After you book a tour you'll receive an email confirming the booking. In this email you’ll also receive information concerning the reservation. The information includes the date, starting time, the approximate duration of the tour, inclusive (food, drinks, souvenirs, maps, etc.) and legal information on liability and data processing.
Is it compulsory to book with credit card?
When you’ll book the tour you'll need to give us your personal data including data from a credit card in progress. The use of this data is exclusive to maintain contact with you.

Does the cancellation of the reservation has a penalty?
Cancellations made up to the day prior to the completion of the tour will have no penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the completion of the tour will have a penalty of 50% on the total amount of the booked tour.
What if I do not go to the tour?
If you don’t appear in the site and notified time on confirmation of booking the tour you’ll incur a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the service.
Will I receive a confirmation of cancellation?
After cancelation of a tour you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation and instructions to take the money back if there is occasion to do so (see cancellations).
